Hi, I’m Mia. I fell in love with fitness and nutrition through science first—earning my Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science—but actually living it was a completely different story.
For a long time, I struggled to stay consistent. I didn’t have a routine I loved, and going to the gym often felt overwhelming without a clear plan.
In December 2023, I finally decided to fully commit to myself—and everything changed.
During that journey, I realized how powerful it is to have guidance, support, and a plan you can trust. I wished I had someone to help me navigate it all instead of trying to figure it out alone.
